Asking students what they would like more information on regarding the lesson, or how I can better explain the information so that they really understand. Making a classroom environment where the students feel safe to ask questions. 

Connecting with students individually, and checking in with them regularly to address their individual concerns and questions. Working with each student to genuinely show care.

I would communicate effectively and in a positive tone and choice of words. I would also make sure that all students felt like the classroom would be a positive learning environment for all. 

I have learned that not all students can do thier online work the same as they have other responsibilites with life that don't always let them do thier reading and assignments. I have also learned that I should be more accessible to provide assistance to them with questions or assiting them to manage their assignments.
