One must make a list everyday and assess priorities.

I intend to express to students why it is important to learn certain aspects about mechanical engineering and by applying your interest in a subject you might find that self-motivating interest to learn more and master the task.

It is essential to maintain balance between work, liesure, health and mental aspects.  Health can be affected by an imbalance of those factors.  

I do and will continue to find personality traits of learners.  With the pandemic and online learning platforms, this has become a real challenge.

I have taught at length both classroom and online.  They require different communication skills.  Online, you do not see immediate emotion and must understand to foolow the student very closely to ensure effective communication and understanding of task requirements.

It is important to understand personality types and know traits and weaknesses as an Instructor.

I have been an Instructor in a classroom and in worksettings for over 20 years.  Everyone has a different way of learning.  It is the responsibility of the Instructor to know who the learner is, how do they learn and what teaching communication method works best.
