Crisis can happen at any moment.  One must be aware that we may be called on or have to attend a crisis situation.  Each Situation is handled differently.  

Plan every day, prioritize.

I am in charge.  I am organized and prepared.  My stress is REDUCED!!!!

I have learned to manage stress throughout the years.  Aging does put clarity in difficult times. LOL

I have no stress, because I prepare for each class the day/week/month before.

One must make a list everyday and assess priorities.

I intend to express to students why it is important to learn certain aspects about mechanical engineering and by applying your interest in a subject you might find that self-motivating interest to learn more and master the task.
