Service-learning projects engage all stakeholders and benefit them all.  Service-learning projects have far-reaching benefits that extend beyond the data and will impact students long after the service-learning project has concluded.

I learned that students are a great indicator of what is needed in their communities.  The information presented expanded my knowledge and understanding of the benefits of service learning opportunities for my students.

In this module, I learned further understood that each learner must be presented with various opportunities to showcase their learning.

Several resources were mentioned in the module that I was not aware of.  This will allow me to provide additional practical hands-on information to my students.

Financial literacy is the new equalizer for our students.  I am happy that Va was on the forefront of making this a graduation requirement for all students.
