This seems to be a highly subjective teaching method. How can you create and/or justify a rubric for discussion that is fair to all?

Do not overwhelm students with your own successes in your biography. They may tend to consider it just B.S.

There are more tools available than one can possibly use but the student must have self motivation to make best use of any of the resources.
