This series was helpful in fine tuning leadership and management.

I wonder the year of some of the higher education statistics or if my insights are just off. The concepts felt spot on.  The strategies and reflection were helpful.

I lead more than I manage, but I do have skills in both catagories. I feel I need to work more on management than leadership.

I lead by example and I lead with a listening ear. I believe that utilizing varying types of leadership styles that evolve with the situation can be beneficial. I feel as though my leadership capabilities will continue to grow throughout my life and career.
