This module helped me understand the importance of learning my institution's policies, catalog, and enrollment agreement, as well as the regulations that govern the admissions process. I plan to apply this knowledge by continuing to study these materials, asking questions when needed, and ensuring that I provide accurate, ethical, and compliant information to every prospective student.

This module taught me the importance of having a thorough understanding of every program our institution offers. I plan to apply this knowledge by studying the school catalog, learning from the education and placement departments, and becoming familiar with the curriculum and career opportunities. This will help me provide accurate information and better guide prospective students in making informed decisions about their education.

This module reinforced the importance of fully understanding the Enrollment Agreement so I can clearly explain it to prospective students and answer their questions accurately. I plan to apply this knowledge by reviewing the agreement carefully, communicating honestly and transparently, and ensuring that every student understands the terms before enrolling.

With the rapid growth of online education and AI tools, how do you think admissions representatives can maintain a personal connection with prospective students while ensuring ethical and transparent communication? What strategies have you found to be most effective?

I plan to apply what I've learned by following best practices, staying organized, and continuing to develop my knowledge so I can confidently guide applicants through the admissions process.
