As a New Instructor I find this topic very interesting and relevent to my current classes.  It seems today's students seem to have many excuses why they have not turned in their assignments. I intend to set a hard and fast rule on due dates and make sure that the students are held accountable for their actions of not turning in their work on time.

I believe in setting a good example. I'm always on time and prepared for each class. I have a plan and I work my plan. I also speak in a professional manner and answer any and all questions that my students have.
