I have learned that prior to the class, instructor needs to be well prepared and organized. Making notes would help  rectify the mistakes and not happen again  in future.

Inattentive or disruptive students should be addressed on a one to one manner. It is important to understand and resolve if a student is facing challenges.

Engage each students equally in all activities of the class. Adequate strategies to handle center stage students. It is important to build strong relations with students and also be on track of all assignments and course works. 

  It is important to set up reminders for the upcoming tests and assignments, so that there is enough time for the students to get prepared.  Making sure icebreakers are initiated at the beginning of a class foe comfortable enviornment for the students.

Motivating and knowing what student needs is important. Essential and constant feedback is important in the learning process .

Instructor should engage in different ways to make the learning material interesting to the students. Instructor should develop a rapport with each students. The students interest and focus towards a subject also depends on instructors commitment to the course material as well. 

The instructor's enthusiasm to share the knowledge is important part of teaching process. An instructor should be able to identify each students needs and capability .

Making a student feel comfortable to the class by trying to listen and to accommodate the skill level  level in the learning process. Identifying each students needs and getting to know the students is important as well.
