In other words, for every one person who doesn't buy into your vision and positive culture, it takes eleven people to make up for the one person who is not on board with you. .

It really shows the power that Negativity can have and how hard Positivity has to work to overcome it

Your attitude impacts the attitudes of the students. You will get back what you put out.

Connecting this to my position, monitoring students means holding them accountable. We also have to be checking in with them so they can reach their goals.
