Using a peer-educator is a neat idea, although most academics are resistant to exposure to their peers.  ESPECIALLY if it is their so called area of expertise. 

I han never considered using self assessment as a tool to  enhance student self-awareness. 

I was unaware of the idea of allowing students to use an alias to participate in sensitive activities. 

I found it interesting that the fonts should be consistent throughtout all modules, and "chunking" as a way to maintain temporal consistency.  

I have worked with many different LMS.  But the common ingredient is caring.  My view.

An educator shoud be fully commited to their students.

To be fully effective, an educator must be fully committed to his/her students.  The student can sense trust. 

To be a teacher, a real educator, one must be empathic and fully commited to the students.
