I would first ask about the issue then evulate the situation with a plan to help them correct a situation that I feel is best for them

I feel we must know how to stay up to date with technology that can improve learning for students but there are some who are not comfortable and feel intimidated so it’s my job to help those students to find away using different technologies. 

Helping the students feel more confident in learning technology and that we will be there for any concerns they have

I thought it was interesting about how online and face to face was the same and I always thought that it would have been a  little different .Especially engaging with the students.
I guess it depends on the individual. 
It also confirms to me in how I am teaching and where I need to be better at.

we need to know how to communicate through email and learning different techniques 

This was very helpful about how the importance of the students who are not comfortable in the traditional way and gives them the opportunity to to express themselves more 

I feel it’s important that they know a little bit about you and what your expertise are and  that they are engaging with one another on different topics.

I believe that we can deliver a different teaching method but long as it’s the same goal in mind
