we need to know how to communicate through email and learning different techniques 

This was very helpful about how the importance of the students who are not comfortable in the traditional way and gives them the opportunity to to express themselves more 

I feel it’s important that they know a little bit about you and what your expertise are and  that they are engaging with one another on different topics.

I believe that we can deliver a different teaching method but long as it’s the same goal in mind

Make learning fun 🤩 not intimidating 

I like to get to know the students and build a relationship with them. Feel the vibe in my room and see what type of learning skills I need to address and just make things fun 🤩 and exciting for them .
