I learned the importance of being compliant and ethical when promoting the institutions offerings, and now have knowledge of the marketing materials at our disposal. Keeping our notebook and documents up-to-date is key, as policies are always changing.

I learned that Admissions has many resources to stay informed on programs and offerings of the institution. It is also important for us to inform students about said offerings that can help them throughout different steps of their journey, such as career services. We can use all of these resources to paint the big picture for the prospective students and assist active or past students as well. 

I learned the importance of providing students all of the relevant information regarding their degree program, and how the Enrollment Agreement contains these details. I also learned about the financial structure that goes in to the programs and how we can set the students up for success by relaying details about it to them. Information is power and keeps us in compliance.

I learned the importance of completing the Accreditation process to better assist our students and stay up to date with the regulations of the state of Florida. I also became more aware of the institution's programs and the value of being knowledgeable in this area.
