It is important for students to understand and research the job market in the area they plan to live in as many of the of the students choose to leave this area and move to larger areas.

I really like the idea of reverse job fair. I hope to implement this during our upcoming school year. This is a great way for students to explore and showcare their strengths.

creating and ICAP for each student will help serve as a guide in order to keep them on track and develop a plan for them to transition from school to work while maintaining their academic requirements. 

career development is an going task and it is importnat to help students development goal setting skills and the ability to self reflect. 

 I like the idea of having HR reps talk to students and continue to point out student individual strengths. 

Researching careers and helping students identify likes, dislikes and strengths and weaknesses helps to determine careers

Record and report all accidents in order ensure open communication with parents and supervisors. 

Creating in depth and well planned out safety plans and protocols is a top priority for successful programs. 

Good communication and a clear and consistent structure is needed to sustain board members.
