 Students are looking to me to teach them what they need to know, to succeed.

they want to know, can they trust me? 

Do I care about them and their education 

How to function around situations such as anger and questionable circumstances. 

demonstrated multiple ways I can handle situations in class.

Making it easier to know how and what to implement.

Some students require different approaches.  Being supportive and clear on expectations can make a big difference in the outcome

Not everyone learns in the same ways.  varying learning methods helps everyone to stay engaged.   Keeping it interesting. Keeping attention to what they are learning.

I learned some awesome techniques to remembering names. In addition to ideas on activities on getting to know each other on first day. 

 Ways I can create a better syllabus for my class to be affective. The importance of having goals and objectives. making check list to help prepare for the day. Links/ tools I can use to help better my instructor skills.

commitment to how we present ourselves is important. Always respect others. Treat others the way they would want to be treated. show them you care and, are here to do your best every day. For them and for yourself.
