I change my lectures to the students needs, I cant do the mini lectures as much in our setting but will look into that

get to know your students as much as possible and get your students to know eachother  

Before the start of my Phase's in School, I set up the classroom, then do a walk around and think to myself what would a student see that I dont.  I always make notes for myself

The 5-C's were good in this module, Also the quote of Learning not Teaching needs to be happening in a Classroom or Lab really hit home as well.  Its not about you, its about the students. ...
