What have you learned and how do you intend to apply it?   I REALLY like the Experience Points and plan to use them when I build my next class.  The students will earn minimal XP's for completing the assignment/ discussion board... yet if they add more creativity, external resources and application/ integration of concepts, they can earn more XP's... 1, 3, 5 or something along those lines.  I want there to be SOME way of motivating the students to ENJOY THE PROCESS instead of merely being concerned with grades.

I've learned that we ALL have critical roles to play in achieving a POSITIVE Culture of Compliance around our students... Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services and Faculty all are important and can either "make or break" the relationships with our students.  Now that we know better, we can all do better!  Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Joyous 2021! 

Misrepresentation can occur accidentally, so we must be very cautious that we do not become too excited with our prospective students.  I wonder what completion and placement rates are being shared with our students?  Are they offered as a matter of fact during the intake process, or are they only revealed IF the prospective student inquires directly about them?  

The importance of transparency and enforcing HIGH standards for admissions and academic success.  

I've learned that to build a culture of compliance, I will continue to reinforce the need for transparency and support of HIGH STANDARDS, especially for admission into our Nursing Program.
