How much social media plays a big part in learning .

communication 

knowing your students disability would be a great help before you begin classes.

Just because they are online does not mean they are not in tthe class room.

Students need to be movtivated, self disipline and have time managemnet to be successful.

I like the grading rubic at the end of session for disscussion board.

communication with students is vewry important, I look emails.

making sure your videoes and leatures are organized.  

Though is will be challening I hope to use several different methods to encourage participation and constantly evauate how useful it has been 

I have learned that it is important to determine which online teaching works best for the student .
