Activity

It is important to understand that each student may have a different way they will integrate the information being delivered best into their memory for effective recall. Interacting with the students and learning their desired delivery system can allow the instructor to incorporate multiple methods into the class to allow each student the opportunity to learn the most they can.

While the use of multiple languages within the classroom may not be possible, understanding that the manner in which someone is conversing in the language of the school may not be a true reflection of their abilities/knowledge/skill. Allowing students to use dictionaries/translators can allow them to feel more comfortable, as long as it does not violate any policies/legislation.

I intend to adapt my lessons to different learning styles of the socially constructed races and cultures through delivering them in multiple ways to allow each student various options to integrate the required information.

Understanding that everyone is guided to learn and integrate information from the their life experiences, before the educational opportunity they are engaged in, allows instructors to maintain an open mind in creating multiple delivery methods in order to have the greatest opportunity for each different student to absorb the most information they can.
