I have learned that I need to stay abreast of how acceptance of credits is handled at my institution, and that some schools will also accept life experience as credits.

I learned that I should be aware of what constitutes advertisements and what services we offer to our students outside of instruction.

I intend to pay careful attention to our intranet, and make sure I am updating and saving copies of required documents as they are issued to me. I also understand the importance of making sure I am relaying accurate and timely information about our programs and processes to our students.

Among other things, I've learned that admissions training will, as with other institutions and industries, an ongoing affair with repeated and updated training throughout our careers.

This entire educational experience will re-shape an agent in much the same way a student will be re-shaped by their education: into a newer, better-functioning individual enlightened by the experience. They will exude increased confidence and success, and draw more of that into the program just by virtue of being empowered.
