There were alot of great keys points made and how the position goes beyond teaching. Being consistent and making a pathway to learning is crucial for the students and the instructor. Points need to be made very clear.

I find that using both has benefits, but overall consistency is the key with the students and the final outcome of the needs and want of the school.

Reviewing all the options that are avaliable and researching not only what works for the instructor but for the students in the classroom as well, is imperative in having a successful class. When the students see the prepardness that the instructor has they have a better attention span and willingness to embrace what is being taught and its effectivness.
