On the question....A representation is: I picked none of the above because the correct answer doesn't seem right to me. A representation is a statement made to prospective students, public, accreditors, state agencies or USDOE. The answer uses the word FACTUAL statement, although I feel it doesnt have to be factual to be a representation. If it is a non factual statement it is still a representation, even though a mis-representation. Am I right?
