I noticed even individual classes change in their personality and motivation. One bad apple does change the dynamic of the classroom.
I admit, I have a problem remember student's name. I have 40-60 students per 3 week and up to 200 hundred students a term.
One issue I noticed is age differences in a classroom can cause learning barriers. This is most of the students are young and one student is much older.
I find this hard to do with a large group of students.
There are many teaching styles.
Preparing is most important.
Many roles as an instructor.
Empathy is important to build the connection
How to refocus once it becomes routine.
Will have name tags, it's hard to learn there name with facemask on.
