Taking into account the different styles of learning to try to include as many students as possible. 

This module taught me the importance of knowing each student by name and making an effort to let students know a little bit about myself. 

The importance of preparedness and creating thorough course objectives. 

The biggest takeaway from this module so far has been that as faculty we need to model, manage, and motivate. I also appreciated the video where the professor encouraged his students to remember that as smart as one may be, there is always someone smarter. This is a good way to approach teaching and life in general and encourages one to stay open-minded to learning.
