I have learned that there is a lot more involved in the regulation of student information than I would have ever imagined.

I have learned the importance of students having rights to privacy and to access of their records. I have also learned about some of the laws and penalties for denying or not giving that information to students in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall time and stress management are very important to your success as an instructor

Stress is extremely important to deal with. I would like to use some of these pointers like a stress list to help me.

I enjoyed this module and the way it guides you through the techniques for setting yourself up to get things done. I would recommend a book to everyone titled Atomic Habits. I definitely plan to implement the techniques I learned here along with some I already know and use.

I have learned a lot about common mistakes by instructors. My plan is to document and also get feedback from the students to tweak my style and improve my facilitation.

I am learning many ways to deal with problem students and plan to implement some new strategies in the classroom

I learned the different methods of dealing with the different types of behavioral issues and Plan to implement all the strategies.

I have learned to lay out everything clear and concise and how to manage the classroom better. I plan to use it daily to be more effective.

I have learned that planning and preparation are key to success as an instructor. I plan to take many of these suggestions and use them as I start my first class and then tweak anything that is good or not working to meet my needs to facilitate for my students.
