I know I'll make mistakes, but I liked the part about documenting the mistakes and outcomes. I can reflect on them and how to avoid making the mistake again in the future.

Each student is different and may require a different approach. I'll be aware of this and try to make sure each student has the level of attention they need.

I liked the tips for the center stage students. I think assigning the role of "observer" to a center stage student will enable other students to have their input heard.

I like the tips about late/missing assignments. I plan on using that in my class.

I'll definitely use this information to make myself as prepared as possible for instruction time. 

I've learned different ways to remember my class's names!

I've learned that my obsession with preparedness will go a long way in my instructional efforts. I can use this to make sure I'm prepared every day for as much as possible.

Giving students a model of professionalism in the field can make them feel more confident in their career choice.
