For me it made sure to highlight why meetings and ongoing training are so important to the continued development of an admissions representative, so that we are also staying in compliance with institution and state regulations.

This section shows why it’s important to really understand our programs so we can help people choose what’s best for them and their future goals. It also highlights how sitting in on classes can help us better explain what the experience is like and ease any nerves for someone returning to school. This way, they can see how supportive and approachable the professors are. It also covers the importance of knowing the rest of the policies and procedures.

What has been reinforced is that accurate Financial Aid information and proper handling of required paperwork are critical to helping students make informed decisions and ensuring full compliance.

The training emphasized the importance of compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. This compliance is essential not only to delivering the highest quality experience for our students, but also to supporting our continued professional growth as the first point of contact and standard of expertise associated with our school.
