I agree.  Most highly intellegent students don't feel the need for attending all classes but it can be a red flad the student does not enjoy or get along with other students.

It's easy to see students are inferior but their opinion as people and customers count

It was interesting how retention means to the student, organization and also to employee's

With the economy being what it is I have noticed many generations in my classes and it becomes so important to reach each one and also to get them to work together.

Group activity assignments are important but instructors need to keep the group relevant to the topic.  I am an educator in the medical field and there is a lot of different info online that can be helpful but confusing.  I find myself having to re-direct frequently.
