I thought I would have done better also. I went back and watch the videos again which helped me understand the questions better. I passed the 2nd time around.
I learned that you have to also lead by example. If you are honest with yourself and what your goal is others will be receiving to follow of what needs to be accomplished.
I have been fortunate to have members that continue to serve as members. It is a challenge getting new members.
When choosing a board member it can't be because you like them as an individual. You want to choose someone that will bring efficacy and at times challenge you to make improvements.
It can be difficult at times, at least for me to get advisory board members to attend. Sometimes their schedules have many constraints. If members don't attend and participate the meeting isn't effective.
