This module reinforced how essential clear, intentional communication is in higher education. I was reminded that effective communication requires more than just sharing information, it involves active listening, adapting messages to different audiences, and ensuring expectations are clearly understood. The strategies discussed will help me strengthen how I support students, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate consistently in both student-facing and operational settings. Overall, this module provided practical tools that I can apply immediately to improve engagement and outcomes.

An admissions employee can only work for a licensed institution, the agent license is effective for one year and not transferable, the license must be renewed each year, a resource notebook is beneficial to keep all reference information in one place, and lots more!
