From this module, I learned that ongoing training is not optional but an asset that helps admissions officers stay updated on resources so they can assist prospects effectively.

I’ve learned the importance of students knowing their catalog thoroughly. This is not only for their intellectual development but also for their future vocational success. Students need to understand holistically how these aspects overlap. That’s why the admissions process is crucial for informing prospective students.

It is important to have a checklist with all the relevant information and questions when conducting an admissions interview. Although the entire process cannot always be completed during an initial overview, it is essential to provide the best possible context in the interview.

I've learned in an integral way the purpose of the training and how it brings a holistic understanding of the admissions process and what it entails for the university/seminar and the prospects/students.
