Front-line administrators have the best grassroots information on how campus procedures and policies are working.

Schools must publish and make available a description of all federal, state, local, private, and institutional assistance available at their institution. 

The Financial Aid Office is responsible for the awarding of FSA funds in a fair and equitable manner.

There are a set of rules for students that take a LOA and administrators must follow up on their LOA.

Regulations are put in place from the admissions and financial aid standpoint.

A termination ends a school's participation in the FSA programs.

It is considered “best practices” to maintain separate accounts for ease of reconciliation of Federal Pell/Campus Based Funds and Direct Loans.

There is a process for distribution of funds to a school to be given to a student.  All steps of the process must be followed.

There will be student complaints; however, there are several proper ways to address those complaints.
