I leanred the importance of identifying the type of learners in my my classroom and how they can affect other students. I plan to take this into consideration and create a proactive plan on how to address those learner personalities in an effctive way. 

This module was great at helping me to understand the difference between asynchronous and synchronous discussions and when is an appropriate time to engage in them with my students. 

I learned a nice strategy that I will implement, which is asking the student to post their bio as the first assignment.I think that would be a great way for me and the class to get to know one another. I would also ask them to read and comment on atleat one other person's bio if they share similar interest, bithdays or hobbies. 

I thought it was a great idea to have a student orientation. I think I will inplement that as a part of my students online learning. It would be helpful if they had one video that showed them how to navvigate through the class apps and external resources we will be using.
