I am a post secondary educator, so this class doesn't seem to fit with my job description.

On a higher level, trauma can be recognized in an individual, and I am confident I have the resources and knowledge to help in any capacity that I can.

I plan on working in more real- world scenarios into my curriculum. Aside from the job shadowing and tours we do, I can bring more into the classroom in terms of what typical office procedure may be (emails, correspondence, chain of authority, etc).

As I am planning a new class and taking over a couple others, I can see the importance of planning lessons and being clear on what needs to be accomplished for each lesson for the next lesson to be learned.

I am the Advisor for our team(s) in SkillsUSA.

I plan on using more Formative Assessments in all my classes- one common feedback point was that we need smaller projects to achieve some repetition and more of these Assessments would hit a couple birds with the same stone.

Honestly not much "learned"..I do agree that lessons need to be planned out to accomplish goals via learning objectives. This has been covered by CWI's new teaching training, so I am familiar and already working on alignment with other programs in the area. I should add some employment skill assessment into the the gradebook on a daily basis- that was really my key takeaway.

I already create relationships with all my students.

I am halfway through my 2nd year of teaching, so this module did not teach me much. I had a mentor and it was definitely appreciated.

It occurred to me I may treat some students as peers- I need to try to avoid this and maintain professionalism.

I learned how the state views CTE and the career pathways/ essential ideas.
