I learned about intrinsic and extrinsic and when to use it. 

Utilizing real life experiences in the clinical setting is important to engage motivation. 

I learned that student engagement is important to get them participating in coursework. 

I learned in this module that its important to have different strageties for students when learning. Also to be confident and enjoy the learning so the students can learn the material. 

I learned about different ages, backgrounds and paying attention to the learning environment for the student to be successful.
