t have a response because I do all of these things the first day

Preparation is key and knowing every student's name

I've learned that most learning is done outside the classroom and that students just want to know that you care.

you can form a relationship without being friends, buddies etc.  this was very eye opening for me.

Be excited about what you are gong to teach and teach with enthusiasm.

I learned I need to give feedback via emails. That is a struggle so I will work on this.

I've learned that it is important to have an open dialog with your students to get to know them. I do this already .

I've that it is imperative that students are equipped with the  tools to be successful in the online platform. They need to have the course outlined in a way that is easy to follow. Students should have learning support with feedback and technical support.

 Your turn around time with assignments and grades should be in a timely manner. Also students should have examples of the assignments given because everyone learns different some need to see it.

I will apply a few things that I have not been consistent with such as making sure that every student has the right hard… >>>
