Organizing students into a group can be chanllenging. After trying to have student self-grouping, which did not turn out so good. I found random grouping to be very effective for the most part. When few students don't seem to be happy, I encourage them by connecting this to a real life exprience situations redirect them.

I think a lot can be done to help the at risk students. For example, the first thing is to notice who is at risk. Then, to talk to the at risk students and offer tutoring.

Since I started teaching, I found out that displaying various quote of the day on the board about success, wisdom, dream, purpose, seem to motivate students. My students show more respect than before.

Ed104 is very instrumental in explaining Instructors on how to best manage the classroom and promote effective ways of learning for the students in a very constructive manner.
