Empowerment thru motivation is well and powerful phrase. it can go a long way because when you are confident of your teaching methods you tranfer that confidence in learning to your students.

 

Symphatizing and empowerment leadership  by example. Leadeing a classroom full of adult learners.

 

As inovative and incorporating technology into the learning process ecxcells in all aspects as a learner because in all environements technology is at its best and it also gived students value to their learning.

 

Learning students names and always greet them with respect is a trust influenced action. 

Ownership and Motivation which increases empowerment is a pretty powerful combination because it all comes down to emphasizing the choice in maturity and taking ownership of succeeding for yourself and by yourself. 

 

Both learning behaviors have a common goal to learn at their own pace with the intentions of gaining self security and accomplish some sort of recognination , it can ether be from within or a public recognition.

Instrinsic motivators are self motivated with no mitive but succes from with in.. Also Extrisnsic motivators are quality of people that eager recignition or incentives to achieve of goal or purpose.

 

In a summarized understanding of the different ways to keep our students motivated and engaged as they are learning, it is super important to provide them with feedback of their performance and encourage them to continue doing a great job. 

 

Conduct a Questionare for each Student and collectively understand each students needs, goals and characteristics in their learning styles. Motivate them and demostrate a snse of sympathy in the way they set goals and learning styles.
