My role is to point the student in the direction of the person who can help them

Accommodations are not giving students an advantage, it giving them the same access as everyone else, leveling the plane field so to speak

We got something right.  Nice to know 504 and ADA are laws, leaves not room to be subjective

FERPA is there to protect the student.  Students have a right to their records but have to allow for reasonable time for it.
