Communications in all things is important, so being able to give students the tools and different channels to use for communication can help them develop not only as students but in other avenues of their life. 

Everyone learns in their own way, what works for some wont work from all. Being able to adapt and teach the material in a multitude of ways is key in ensuring the class as a whole is understanding the material. 

Students can feel isolated doing e-learning. Identifying those students and working on getting them engaged can help them feel more included and in turn focused on their education and completion.  

You don't have to have a dominant presence to be know that you are there and are monitoring/contributing to conversations and growth. 

I like the idea of setting up a reminder or for work to be automatically posted on a certain day or time, so you do forget to do so. 

I did not know that as humans we can only manage 5-7 steps before not understanding. I will have to keep this in mind. 

I like the idea of splitting your class up and have them rotate meeting people. This will create more genuine and organic dialog and openness than someone just telling the class about them self.

I work best of check lists so the idea to have one for teaching makes sense. Ensuring students get everything they are needing and that I make sure nothing is forgotten that needs to be done. 

Not only having professionalism but also having excitement for the subject matter you are teaching. This can create excitement in your class for more of an active learning opporotunity.
