From the Manage the E-Learning Environment in an Online Course Delivery module, I learned that effective online instruction requires more than simply posting course materials. It involves creating a well-organized, engaging, and supportive learning environment through clear communication, consistent expectations, timely feedback, and the effective use of learning management system tools. I intend to apply these strategies by organizing my online courses for easy navigation, maintaining regular communication with students, and using formative assessments and discussions to keep students engaged and on track throughout the course.
