Many challenges exist as online courses becomes further integrated into education.  With online courses communication may be more difficult however not impossible.  It is important to set boundaries and when necessary enforce regulations.  As noted in the module it is important to keep and store records for future reference.  

The overview and analysis of Asynchronous Synchronous discussions was a vital component in this module.  It is a vital component in particular for online courses to foster student participation and understand when clarification is needed. 

The focus here in this module revolved around relationsips; student-student and instructor-student.  It is important during the fist day of class to make introductions in order to establish a relationship.  As the instructor, one have create a biography in a way in order to not only introduce ones self but further expand on knowldge pertaining to course, credentials, and experience.

Understanding the online platform and ways to communicate with students is vital in online education.  One must be aware of factors such as time limits for discussion/posts as well as student responses/questions. 

This module focused on teaching and learning styles.  It is important to use a variety of different styles in order to encompass your students various learning styles.  

Introducing yourself is a vital component during the initial class.  This can help ease tension and most importaintly portray that you are very experienced in terms of the topic at hand.  

it is importaint to be prepared prior to class and know what resources to pass on to your students.  

As an instructor one must be able to identify ones style of teaching and project not that you are the smartest person in the room, but rather you want to be able to sell your enthusiasm about the topic.
