I learned the 4 instructor management styles. I honestly believe I am more of a "guide" now because of my experience. I am determined to make some positive changes in time management, though.
When comparing this lesson to my daily life, I have learned to schedule a better sleep time at night, eat better, and make a habit of some sort of excercise will help relieve stress in a major way.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
