I learned regulation and laws that I currently wasn't aware of in my position. I have been working in the education industry for almost three years and I didn't even know that there was an agent/admissions licensure required for Ohio. It is nice to know that I will now be able to be completely compliant due to this training.
I will be applying what I have learned by making sure all the forms are in compliance with the laws and regulations of Ohio State Board. I will remember that I am not a councilor and that while I help students… >>>
