There are several types of test questions, some easier than others to formulate and multiple/matching questions may be more difficult for some students.

I have learned that it is important to ask specific questions to verify understanding of content.

It is imperative that students learn their own learning styles in order to be successful, not just in school, but in life. Learning is life long and the more persistent the more successful.
