I have learned that many students may not be aware of a disaibility and/or will not disclose it to the instructor. I appreciate the idea of formatting information either bold or creating checklists to make the material more clear and accessible. 

I learned the difference between formative and summative assessments and how best to use them, as well as the importance of feedback. 

Some of things I've learned are the importance of communication in all forms including student to student, intructor to student and instructor to group (etc). I've also learned how important it is to communicate expectations clearly in the syllabus.

One thing I've learned is the importance of consistency when creating content in each module. It is also helpful to create smaller chunks so students can digest the information more easily.
