This module discusses the different types of learners. This will be helpful when engaging and redirecting students who may not be performing as well as we would like.

Asynchronous instuction provides an aopportunity for all students to participate unlike a classroom setting where you may have one or wo students who consistently particiapte.

This module was about creating your presence online. This can be accomplished by posting a short text bio or video of yourself to provide the students with information about yourself.  It is also encouraged to have the students post about themselves on day one.

It is important to be sure the content is structured and delivered in an organized way.  I also learned how important it is ot be able to communicate with the students and for them to feel supported.
