Activity

I've learned that small activities, such as taking deep breathes, can actually help.  After reflecting on myself, I've realized that I've set higher standards/expectations on myself than perhaps actually placed upon me.  Still have work to do to manage my stress level.

 

Good overview of required information to review with student. Difference between deferment and forbearance very significant.

This is good reminder that we are most likely in a different stage in life, where we need to put ourselves back in the student's shoes, so that we can better communicate with them and help them successfully.
