Have the student engage in the topic for checking  of understanding although ever student comes from different age, culture

our tone of voice should at always be professional because we are the models to our students and show them always facts and back

up for any question that might accrue.

Social media has impacted our world on how easy it is to do hair on their platform however when we build a relationship with the 

students then we are able to tell the student the theory behind those techniques.

Has a Instructor that has been in the in the beauty industry for a long time. I have noticed a need the younger generation

the student love's structure and visual. Has when I receive a new class, I ask them to introduce them self with age an there goal

which helps me know how to instruct them an be able to give the student the resources they need to be great in the beauty
