It is imperative that an instructor communicate safety protocol as well as polices each time a classroom/shop  is meeting to prevent liabilites/lawsuits from occurring. 

Written examination on safety is essential for proof of knowledge just to be on the safe side.

Evaluation have always been an essential process in rating the outcomes of students. The use of the rubic is necessary to blot out any challenges and biases.

All students have different learning styles. It is the responsiblity of the instructors to get to know each student's learning styles.

I think the active learning style are more for the working class who can study on their own, whareas, the Cooperative style are more for sungle adults who enjoy workong in groups.

On my job Competency based  education is utilized and it seems to keep employee educated on several of the domains mentioned such as Knowledge, Understanding, Application, Analysis, Synthesis, etc.

I agree with Ms. Rodriguez in that we as instructors must challenges ourselve to maintain our emotional intelligence. Also, . as 8nstructors. we must make sure that our students challenges themselves to enhance their emotional intelligence. Untrinsic and extrinsic both are rewarding depending on your age. iN THE WORKIN SECTOR ENPLOYEES THAT IS ALMOST READY FOR RETIREMENT DO NOT CONCERN THEMSELVES WITH THE INTRONSIC FACTORS, SUCH AS SALIARIES,PROMOTION, ADMINISTRATION, SUPPORT, ENVIRONMENT, AS MUCH AS YOUNGER EMPLOYEE. mOST OF OLER CONCERNS ARE LOCATION AND BENEFITS. LOCATION, WORK HOURS, ETC.

IF PROVIDED FOR BOYH  AGE GROUP, JOB SATISFACTION WILL BE VERY HIGH AND BOTH GROUP WILL BE MOYTIVATED TO STAY ON THE JOB.
